Cancellation Policy

At XO Plates, we recognize that there might be instances where you need to cancel an order. Familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy and procedures to ensure a seamless process.

2. Cancellation Fees: Please be aware that canceling an order for number plates will result in a £5.99 charge per number plate. For the cancellation of a private registration order, a fee equivalent to the Administration Fee on the order will be deducted from the refund processed.

3. Exceptions: Orders consisting solely of accessories can be canceled without incurring a charge. We may also, at our discretion, waive the cancellation fee for number plate or private registration orders.

4. Custom Orders: Due to the unique nature of our number plates, the right to cancel is forfeited once the manufacturing process begins or if 90 days have passed since placing your order. For private registrations, cancellations are only possible within 30 minutes of placing the order.

5. Refunds: After a successful cancellation, a refund will be processed to your selected payment method. Keep in mind that refunds typically take 2-3 working days, although you should allow up to 5 working days.
